OOPS!

Today's news that Ohio's Democrat Attorney General Marc Dann has carried on an extramarital affair while in his newly elected office sure does sound familiar! Pledging to clean up state politics on the heels of several Republican scandals Dann seems to have fallen victim to the same culture of unethical behavior we have unfortunately become used to from the major parties in Ohio.

Mr. Dann's private life doesn't particularly interest me however it does provide some perspective to his inaction concerning election crimes in Ohio. Presented with clear and substantial evidence of election crimes witnessed by myself and others the Attorney General continues to act in a manner suggesting obstruction. In a December meeting with representatives of the AG's office concerning these complaints I was assured that our concerns would receive due diligence and a follow up meeting would be scheduled. To date no meeting has been scheduled, no announcement of a follow up investigation has come forth.

Partisan politics in the Attorney General and Secretary of State's offices has been clearly apparent but the arrogance of these elected officials has never been so apparent as in these do as I say not as I do revelations. Mr. Dann has stated that he will remain in his position, I am not surprised as one of Governor Strickland's "team" bites the dust.
